Pizza Rolls

Today is the last day of school for us ( I'm a bit nervous... I must admit ) and I am on the HUNT for lunch ideas.

I'm sure my kids will be eating plenty of kraft mac&cheese, pb&j, frozen corn dogs, spaghettiOs and enough junk food to keep a small convenience store open. BUT. I'm hoping we can squeeze in some quick, but yummy new lunches this summer too.

I have found one winner that I know they'll be loving.
PIZZA ROLLS

they are way too easy!

You'll need:
1 package of refrigerated crescents
4 sticks of string cheese (cut in half)
Pepperoni
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Pizza sauce

Directions:
unroll and separate the crescents
sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (I'm not sure how much taste this added so it's optional :))
pile on some pepperoni and half of a string cheese
roll it up!
bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes
then enjoy with some warmed pizza sauce

pretty tasty in my opinion

so... do you have any other quick and easy lunch ideas for me?
(feel free to leave a link in the comments... please. haha)

. . . .
