Please Welcome: Amy from The Idea Room

My name is Amy and I am normally blogging over at The Idea Room.  I am so honored to be here today as part of the September Spooktacular.  I was finally able to meet Jodie and Jen this past summer and I am so happy to be able to call them friends.  They are both so fun and sweet!

Today I am sharing with you some fun Halloween Treat Bags.  I am always on the lookout for some cute and easy things to give to the kids friends, classmates and preschool class for Halloween.  This year I decided to make some treat bags for the kids friends.

These are really simple to make.  All you need to do is print out a pattern that I am providing for you.  You can print the pattern onto colored cardstock if you have a printer that can handle that.  Or you can print the pattern onto white paper and then trace it onto your colored cardstock.

I have marked with a dotted line where you will need to fold your paper to make it into the bag shape, which is open on the sides.

Then you will need to simply cut out and glue the parts onto each of the bags.  I originally used some fun google eyes that I had in some scrapbook supplies.  This is why the eyes on Frankenstein and the Bat look a little fuzzy…they are.  No need to adjust your computer screen :)!

I have provided you with four patterns:  Bat, Frankenstein, Pumpkin and a Tombstone.  To download the patterns simply click on the image or the name of the bag.
