I'm Karli. I am a self proclaimed food addict turned health coach and the owner of Health Confessions. I love food and love helping people reach their goals. I've always struggled with weight and food issues, so when I lost my extra weight successfully doing the program I now help others with, becoming a coach was a given. I love coaching clients to their optimal health and continue my own journey on a daily basis. I'm not perfect by any means and that's really what my site is about.
