SUPPLIES:
• pencils
• nail polish
• tape
TO MAKE:
• tape off the pencils about 2" down
• paint with nail polish
• let dry completely
• carefully peel off tape
paint your pencils a bunch of random colors or stick to a certain color combination
whatever you choose... have fun!
